New Safety Rules for 2010
1. All drivers in all classes
are required to wear are required to wear a fire safety suit with a minimum of a SFI-1 rating, and a DOT approved helmet.
2. All Gasoline or Alcohol powered vehicles must have safety kill device which when activated kills electrical power to fuel pump as well as ignition.
3. Remember, ALL IAMO Pulling vehicles must carry a fire extinguisher that is within reach or the driver and/or ground personnel. If you do not have one you will not hook.
4. No "rain cap" or "flapper type" exhaust covers are allowed in any truck or tractor class.
5. If tractor is equipped with a roll over protection device, the tractor must be equipped with seat belts and driver must be restrained by seat belts
while hooked to the sled.
